Kamlesh is a talented developer and true professional. He has worked at GPI for 3.5 years, during a sustained period of growth and change. I've worked with him for the past 2.5 years and have been consistently impressed with his approach to work.
From a manager's perspective, there's nothing better than being able to give someone a task and have complete confidence that they'll execute it competently. In fact, I often cite this as a key signifier of being a "senior" on a team. Kamlesh embodies this and has consistently been someone I can trust to get the job done.
As a colleague, Kamlesh is a joy to have around. He brings a great sense of humour and comradeship to the office (even virtually) and is liked by all. Moreover, he always has time to share knowledge and to coach and mentor his colleagues.
I wholeheartedly recommend Kamlesh and sincerely hope our paths cross again someday.

Kamlesh has the best logical ability to crack challenging problems in our organization. He also gives good recommendations over other domains to help our organization achieve more our of our existing on-going projects. His major contribution was the customized ETL tool which we developed to migrate millions of records from Mongo DB to PostgreSQL. Which are completely different types of databases. This not just helped us get data more organized in relational format but also completely switch to a PaaS based architecture in Azure thereby saving cost.
